Removing an adapter in vRealize Operations 6

I installed an HP adapter into vRealize Operations that I found out doesn't apply and I cant remove it. If I go to Solutions and try to delete the adapter nothing happens. I saw this VMware link but the instructions don't match up.

How do I go about removing the adapter?
