I am seeing this dynamic threshold message in VROPS and think I know how to decipher it , but could use some help "vmwareTrapKPIBreachActive"

- vmwareTrapKPIBreachActive (IP/device name) DT equals/above ### ###
INC0704934        vmwareTrapKPIBreachActive 172.21.2.91 alert ID 45325, DT above 63.0 62.0
INC0707585        vmwareTrapKPIBreachActive 172.21.2.12 alert ID 16911, DT above 48.4 18.5

how to figure out what this means , I think first find out what  the ip "172.21.2.91" is referring to

then go into the VCOPS (or VROPS) console and try to find out what alert ID "ID 45325" is

But i am not sure how to read the last part "above 63.0 62.0 "
