Odd error when attempting to import config and data

Hi all,

I am migrating my vcops 5.8.5 to vrops 6.0.3.  I did this without issue in my other environment, but run into an error when I run through the initial config.

I choose to import the data,

I input the old ui (tried both IP and FQDN)

I input the admin password

When it tries to install the migration agent on the 5.8.5 box I get the following error:

"Agent not started: message = Unable to start agent"

I am definitely using the right admin pw, I verified I can log into the old env with this pw.

Anyone have any clue?  I tried to search for this error and cannot find anything on it.
