VRops: Troubleshooting Excessive Total Logon Session Time

I have this weird erroneous issue with random vm's everyday that show this excessive logon time.   When I check with the user,  they experienced a very normal logon time, usually under 30 seconds.    Its never the same person or VM in our desktop pools.   Seems completely random.   I have scoured the internet to try and find any information on it to no avail.  Has anyone ever seen this before or know what to do to fix it.     My best guess is that the broker agent is not reporting in a timely manner.  Users log off at the end of each day.
