Need licensing information of VMRC plugin

Hi,

We are working on a opensource project and we want to use VMRC plugin 5.5 and its APIs to open console of VM hosted with vCloud director.

Since all of the code checked-in is Apache v2.0, before using  VMRC plugin we need VMRC license information.

So, it will be helpful if anybody have detail information about licensing of VMRC plugin.
