Create a system administrator in Read-Only

Hello community,

I'm using VCloud Director 5.1.2.

I would create a new user who can have a "system administrator" view in read-only.

When i create a new user in administration interface, he automatically has the "system administrator" role affected, and i can't change it.

Is there a solution ?
